I did start some 7-8 in doilies from a mag and they are turning out cute. making those in variegated Easter colors. Very easy and I hope nothing goes wrong with those with my "rut" lol
I am also Making an MSN Group for my new crochet group here in Broad Brook, Hooks & Books. Mini is helping me with graphics too. *HUGZ* Thank you so much. I've been trying to read about how to do it, but to no avail. I'm more of a visual person. I like to see others do it for me to learn. Sucks sometimes though. Ya know I even downloaded the trial version of PSP and I can't figure that thing out to save my life. LOL I need a step by step guide.
Well the paragraphs from above were yesterday lol
Today my friend from OR is coming out and I'm waiting VERY impatiently for him to get here. But I am sitting here with my new CFL Mug.
So there it is with me looking at CFL Group. Oh and you can never go through life without nerds on your desk! :) I am even in my night clothes and need a shower before Adrian comes but I don't feel like it. I haven't had a day to myself for quite some time. I am even trying to finish up a small doily that I mentioned above. Its kinda wavy so I hope it blocks ok. I'm sure it will. Then I do have some squares I want to do for charity and got to keep working on Easter stuff. Whens Easter? Ugh.
OH OH, I did get some yummy yarn from Linda. She's my dads friend that opened up her own yarn shop. Don't know what I am going to make with it but I know I am going to need a ball winder. Never got yarn before that I needed to wind. Any tips?
Oh speaking of tips. I'm not sure any of you guys do this or want to but its my blog and its a cute tip. All those yarn scraps that you can't do anything with. Don't forget to glue them to a birdhouse so mama and papa birds can make their chick's nice and comfy. I tried just putting it on a plate but they didn't take it. I guess they like pretending its actually part of a tree or something. Don't forget to cut it up small or it might get tangled in baby chick legs.
Well Adrian got here a while ago and I am going to leave so I can be with him. *HUGZ* and
Happy Crocheting.
